Digital gold purchase and redemption policy
22kt booking only
Digital gold booking on this portal is allowed only against 22kt gold rates. The booked value is maintained as 22kt-equivalent digital gold in your customer ledger.
Jewellery redemption only
Digital gold can be redeemed only against jewellery purchase. No cashback, no cash withdrawal, and no redemption in the form of coins, ginni, bars, bullion, or loose metal is allowed. Earned (gifted) digital gold applies only to finished, making-charge jewellery.
Earned vs purchased balance
Digital gold is held in two buckets. Purchased gold (paid via UPI or gateway) stays jewellery-redeemable without a percentage cap. Earned (gifted or promotional) gold is redeemed in a controlled manner under the additional rules on this page.
Earning cap at gift
Promotional digital gold gifted under any offer will not exceed five percent of the qualifying jewellery invoice value. Rewards are always issued as 22kt-equivalent digital gold.
Gift validity and one-gift rule
Gifted digital gold remains valid only for its stated validity period and cannot be revived, extended, or converted to cash once it expires. Only one gifted digital gold reward can be redeemed in a single invoice.
Single-coupon redemption
Only one gifted digital gold coupon may be redeemed against a single sale invoice. Multiple gifted coupons cannot be clubbed together for one billing event.
Maximum 5% redemption cap
Gifted digital gold can offset up to five percent of the sale value only. A gifted coupon worth Rs. 1,100 is therefore redeemable only where the sale value exceeds Rs. 22,000. Because earning and redemption are both capped at five percent, a gifted reward always accompanies a larger fresh jewellery purchase rather than replacing it.
Offset basis
The five percent offset is computed on the total jewellery invoice value. Earned gold reduces the payable amount on eligible jewellery only and is never settled as cash, credit, or metal handover.
Approval and no invoice splitting
Redemption of earned gold requires store approval with identity or mobile confirmation. Splitting a single purchase across multiple invoices to stack rewards or bypass the per-invoice cap is not permitted.
Applicable value at redemption
The final jewellery adjustment is based on the jeweller's applicable 22kt conversion policy and invoice valuation at the time of redemption, along with making charges, stones, wastage, taxes, and design-specific components wherever applicable.
Approval before ledger posting
For manual UPI and any payment requiring human review, digital gold is posted only after payment verification and approval by the store team. Until then, the request remains pending and is not treated as booked gold.
Customer-account linked
All bookings remain linked to the logged-in customer profile for this website. The jeweller may ask for identity, mobile verification, or account confirmation before allowing redemption or adjustment on an invoice.
No transfer without approval
Digital gold balances, especially gifted balances, are not automatically transferable between customers, invoices, or stores unless the jeweller explicitly approves such a transfer in writing.
Pricing and service transparency
Ledger balances, approval status, and booking history remain visible in your customer portal so you can review the booked amount, booking date, and redemption trail before making a jewellery decision.
